A shake for diabetics w ho also have issues with t heir blood glucose control. A shake for people who are vegan and need extra nutrition. A shake for people w ho are ill and need optimal nutritious calories

You WILL NEED

Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
Flax Seed
Chai Seed
Protein Powder

Fresh or Frozen Organic Fruit (strawberry, raspberry, banana, blueberry, YOU pick the fruit)

Almond or Coconut or Cashew Milk

BASE
Coconut Milk Concentrate (1 can)
Raw nuts (almond or Walnut)
Put a Cup to 2 Cups of Raw nuts in Food Processor
Pulverize!
Then add the Concentrated Coconut Milk
Keep in fridge as your Base adder

The rest of the ingredients add to your bullet mixer or whatever you have to make smoothies…
EACH item serves a purpose to either regulate your blood sugar, help your fat burning process, or fill you up or give you extra protein ect ect….Th

    Whoa super video ,love it,I actually do smoothies that are very similar ,just more fruits ,( banana,strawberry and other berries ,kiwi,apples …….) less seed (only chia) ,no nuts (but I will incorporate some now) and I had some coconuts flower sugar,I don’t put milk but fresh water or coconut water if I have some , it’s delicious and healthy !I will try yours it sound awesome too. Thank you ,God bless you .

    Hi Starry ,,did I miss you putting in your Protein powder ,,if so what kind did you use .And do you have to use Almond or Coconut or Cashew milk .Can I use use water or does that defeat the purpose,,how to here back from you ,,God Bless xo
