A quick, simple and delicious recipe for a home cooked meal. Our spiced pulled beef encased in puff pastry with crispy onion, mushrooms & cheddar.
Pulled Beef 140g
Puff pastry Sheet (defrosted)
Crispy Onions
Cheddar Cheese
Beaten Egg.
Cut pastry to size,
1. Fry mushrooms for 2 minutes, and place on pastry as shown.
2. Divide spiced pulled beef, onions & cheddar then wrap in pastry. 3. Brush with beaten egg and place on baking tray. bake in hot oven at 200 C (fan 180 C)for 30 mins.

Delicious with Fresh steamed veg & gravy.
